Debut: O-chibicon 2005

Why Kid Riku?:
At the time, there were only three costumes he had, normal (which I already did), Kid, and Dark. His Dark costume is something that even now intimidates me... So, I went with the Kid cosplay for Ochibicon since I figured it was a small con and it wouldn't be overly difficult to make. Also, I want to make all of Riku's costumes someday... So yes, even the evil dark one U_u;;

Favorite Aspect:
Uhm... I think what I like best is the simplicity of it. It's SUCH a simple cosplay I didn't need to worry about something breaking or falling off... I got so used to doing that with my kh1 Riku cosplay... It really let me relax a bit.

Extra Notes:
The vest was the only really hard part. That zipper just did NOT want to work... And al that bias tape... @_@ Not to mention it's more difficult than you would think to get a single yellow line t ogo across a blue armband...
I did not enjoy shaving my legs for this. I felt it was neccisary, and I don't think that I ever will again. u_u Also, much thanks to my mommy as usual for telling me how stupid I am and showing me the correct way to read the pattern. You rock.
