Debut: A-kon 18

Why Princess Peach?:
We were considering a SSBM group, and Alex suggested that I could be Peach. She's adorable but packs quite a punch (or frying pan), so why not? Unfortunately, the group never happened, but I made Peach nevertheless. I couldn't resist making another ridiculously difficult wig =).

Favorite Aspect:
Using Heat N' Bond to apply all the yellow details on the dress. I had to do it the night before we left for A-kon, and it worked perfectly, unlike several other parts of the costume -_-;. I love the blue jewel in the center top part of the dress. I had a hard time finding one, and I came across the $2 hairpiece while visiting relatives in Taiwan. The crown was easy and fun to make.

Extra Notes:
As of now, the costume is only about 75% done, and I will finish it sometime and wear it again. The wig was fun to make, but since it's unfinished it makes me look like some kind of crazy monster, lol. I also got my frying pan signed by Scott Ramsoomair, the artist of the webcomic, VGcats! That made be very happy =D.
